You didn’t build my site. Will you still look after it?
Yes. We start with a free audit and tell you honestly what state the site is in and what needs fixing before onboarding.
Do you only work with WordPress?
No. We also support 1C-Bitrix, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart and Django sites, and we set up and maintain hosting and servers.
How does the first-client discount work?
The first 10 clients get 30% off any plan for the first 6 months with monthly billing, and onboarding ($150 per site) is free. From month 7 the regular plan price applies. With yearly billing the 30% discount doesn’t stack, but onboarding is still free.
Do I need to change hosting?
No, we work with your current host. If it slows your site down, we suggest options and you decide.
What if an update breaks something?
Every update is tested on a staging copy first. If a problem still appears, we roll the site back from a backup in minutes.
What if the site gets hacked while in your care?
On Standard and Pro we clean it at no cost, close the vulnerability and explain what happened.
Do I need to give you passwords for the free audit?
No. The 9 free checks run from the outside, using your website address. Access is only needed at onboarding — to check admins, backups and server settings.
How fast can you onboard my site?
Usually within a week: audit, report, fixes and monitoring setup.
What do edit hours cover?
Changes to your site based on your materials. You send text, photos, prices, a document or just describe the task — we put it on the site: edit text and images, add pages, products and news, update prices, menus and forms. Writing copy from scratch, new design and development are quoted separately.
Can you set up website analytics?
Yes. We set up a private analytics system: visitors, traffic sources, top pages and leads, with a clear monthly report. Data is stored on your server or ours and is never shared with ad networks. It can run without cookies, which makes GDPR compliance simpler.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice. We hand over all access and the latest backup.
